​I am drawn to blurry forms and ideas: what and who feels rugged, raw and out of reach. I refer to many artistic and material modes, including tapestry, totems, jewellery, relics, body/land art...

Folk and feminist ways of thinking draw me to sensual, grounded, honest, and sometimes unclear images that aren't afraid of appearing bodily and hand-crafted.
